New York Upstate ranked all 62 counties in New York State to find that out, using data from the 2017 numbers from the Sexually Transmitted Infections Surveillance Report by the New York State Department of Health.

The report looks at the latest available data on cases of gonorrhea, syphilis, and chlamydia all across the state.
