Today is weigh in # 6 for me, Big Wally and I have to humble admit, that this week, I lost ZERO POUNDS!!

While it is disappointing and a little depressing, especially considering I have been hitting the gym hard the last three days, I am surprisingly reinvigorated and now fully focused on what I need to do to get back on the weight loss track next week.

I have to say that I felt pretty confident this morning that I was going to come in under where I weighed in last week. My pants are loser, my attitude is good and I FEEL LIGHTER. So where did it all go wrong?

Well, I did not eat very (diet worthy) last weekend. That, I need to get better at, and I WILL!
Did I register weight loss this week because I ate too late yesterday? Am I retaining water? Maybe it's because I have a cold brewing? The answer to all is, MAYBE.

Or did I not register a weight loss cause of the GINORMOUS plate of chicken parm I had on Friday night, along with the fried mozz sticks and other items? Saturday was Chocolate cake and Sunday more Chicken Parm and yadda, yadda, yadda?

I need to get serious about this weight loss deal. I have gotten serious from a workout standpoint. I have been in teh gym 3 days straight and worked off over 1000 calories of cardio each day. All that seemed to do was undo the bad I already did.
So starting today, I am focused like a FRICKEN LAZOR BEAM! And next week, I will lose at least 3-pounds!! End of story...

I AM MAD AND  I AM NOT SCREWING AROUND ANYMORE!!
