Volunteers Needed for Upcoming Colorful Fundraiser

The most colorful run of the season in Broome County is rapidly approaching and volunteers are needed to help pull it off.

The Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier says it needs volunteers to help in many ways at the Color Run’s Love Tour Sunday, July 14 at the SUNY Broome Community College campus on upper front street.

There are jobs for anyone age 14 and over including tossing colored corn starch at runners and other tasks that don’t involve color.

Sunday’s 5K rainbow run promotes wellness and individuality.  There are no clocks for the run or walk that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.
