Tioga County Law Enforcement Association Starts Fundraising Campaign

A fundraising notice for a group associated with law enforcement in Tioga County is a legitimate appeal being taken to area residents.

While there are often warnings about scams where bogus groups claim to be raising money for police organizations, The Tioga County Law Enforcement Association wants residents to know they really are raising money for youth activities, community programs and the Sheriff’s Summer Camp.

Representatives will be contacting businesses, merchants and the general public through the 2020 campaign.

The Tioga County Law Enforcement Association consists of County Road Patrol Deputies and Criminal Investigators.
