The Mood Ring was a product of the mid 70’s, although short lived it made a few comebacks through the years, when placed on your finger would change color, supposedly to show the emotions of the wearer.

The Mood Ring was popular with young girls, because most guys wouldn’t be caught dead wearing one.

They were kind of expensive at first, but as you can see in the classic commercial below they came down in price rather quickly.
