Johnson City police say three people have been charged following a gunpoint robbery in the village.

Authorities say officers were sent to Allen Street around 10:30 p.m. to investigate the incident.

Investigators say a person told police he had been robbed of some cash by two others who were armed with a gun.

Detectives later executed a search warrant on Allen Street. They confiscated a .38 caliber handgun, ammunition and more than three ounces of marijuana.

Two suspects have been charged with robbery and criminal possession of a weapon. They are 18-year-old Dontreyl Wolfe of Endicott and a 17-year-old Johnson City boy.

Police also have charged 43-year-old Tanika Francis of Johnson City with obstructing governmental administration and criminal possession of marijuana. She is accused of obstructing officers who were executing the search warrant.
