There is a lot of excitement among Buffalo Bills fans as the 2015 season kicks off in a few weeks.

The franchise is already selling season tickets at a record pace, and have actually started a waiting list for people who are hoping to purchase tickets to see the team.

The Buffalo Bills have not made the playoffs in 16 years, so why all the hype?

Let's start with the hiring of Rex Ryan as head coach, and of course the team has new owners Terry and Kim Pegula, who already owned one Buffalo based sports team, the Buffalo Sabres.

The acquisition of RB LeSean McCoy, TE Charles Clay and WR Percy Harvin among an already talented group from last year, on both offense and defense.

Rex Ryan has an opportunity to be a real hero to Bills fans, and I think this is the team to watch as the season begins.

I don't have to point it out to Bills fans, but for the benefit of others, the last real powerhouse team they had was in the 1990's, in which they went to four consecutive Super Bowls and lost them all.

That still hurts to this day, so I'm hoping that Bills fans will have a great season and make it back to the Superbowl and win this time (unless they play my Giants-heh heh)
