Technology Do You Prefer the Older Versions [VIDEO]

There are many things I enjoy about the 2014 world we live in, but is everything about today’s technology a better experience for me? Not a chance.
DVR’s allow us to record our favorite programs in the event we have commitments that would keep us from being in front of the Boob Tube at the scheduled time. I like this technology very much as an avid sports fan I can spend time with my family now and watch the game later.

Today’s Cell Phones are a huge advancement and something I enjoy over Ma Bell.

Popcorn? Although much quicker to pop a bag in the microwave and be eating it before your program comes back on, I would rather pop it myself on the stove, it tastes so much better.

Books or E Books? I don’t own any kind of E reader of Kindle type device so I’m not sure which I would prefer.

I do miss the camaraderie of the past technology (or lack of) things were slower, we had to answer the phone and we didn’t know who was calling because no one had voice mail or call waiting. We reached out and touched someone in real time.
Would I want to take a step backwards and do away with the advances of today?  Honestly no, but we didn’t have it back then so we didn’t miss it either.
Sometimes it’s nice to reminisce…. now hand over the remote.
