Motorists traveling through downtown Binghamton and the city's West Side once again are facing detours and delays as crews work on some big street reconstruction projects.
It seems like it is the year of the cameras in New York State. The New York State Traffic Commission announced there will be more automated speeding ticket cameras AND 600 cameras will be added to red lights in 2026.
Motorists navigating streets throughout much of the city of Binghamton are encountering changing traffic patterns and some unexpected congestion because of ongoing construction projects.
