In the Southern Tier, one of the most commendable aspects is how our community comes together to support one another during challenging times.

While all donations are appreciated, certain things can truly make a difference and provide essential nutrition for individuals facing food insecurity.

Some things are in higher demand at food banks, but because they're not essentials, the staff generally doesn’t request them. These are those things.
