The ups and downs of the COVID-19 pandemic are taking a slight upswing in New York following a downward trend in new infections.

Broome County Health Department and area hospital officials are expressing concern about an increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations in recent days.

COVID-19 vaccine clinics are scheduled for the Broome health department offices on Front Street and many churches.

Greyhound buses aren’t allow to stop in Broome County but the health department is advising some passengers to contact them.
