When it comes to fine dinning in Binghamton, nobody did it better than the Number 5. I didn't go there often, but we had some fun times there years ago.
When Binghamton area restaurants are allowed to open, they will probably open at limited capacity. One restaurant in DC has an idea tom make it feel less empty.
What you do with your money is nobody's business but yours, you should spend it how you see fit. But, I do beg you to at least consider this before you spend it
It looks like the an empty restaurant on the Vestal Parkway won't be empty much longer. There's reports of a seafood based chain restaurant opening soon.
