The Southern Tier Of New York Says We Need These
Looking around the Southern Tier of New York, it's not hard to notice new things popping up throughout our communities. Constriction projects, new businesses opening up in buildings formerly empty.
While there are still plenty of empty spaces to fill in various parts of our communities, it's good to see new businesses open up, and we hope for their future success. With various projects in progress, like the Oakdale Commons, we all have our thoughts about what we'd like to see come into our communities.
And that's not just limited to new businesses, we also wish for other things to improve our communities. I recently asked on social media this question - "What restaurant, store, or thing (whatever comes to mind) do you think we need, or need more of, in the Triple Cities area?"
A response from Johnathan A. stated that he feels "we need an outdoor amphitheater to attract outdoor summer concerts here." Good idea. Victoria M. mentions that "A Rod Serling Twilight Zone Museum would be fantastic for this area!
I received several comments about different types of business and ideas from my question. Of course, there were those who came up with funny answers like alien landing pads (thanks, Paul K.) and a monorail (Melissa S.) Or was she being serious?
