Single Women Problems: Drain Issues

Recently, I've been having drain problems in my shower. I take a shower and the tub fills up with water. Not the most ideal situation when you are trying to get clean.

Like any normal person, I bought Draino to get it unclogged. I bought 2 jugs of Draino, poured them both down the drain over a period of a week. Still, my drain is clogged! If it weren't so disgusting I would give up. Any suggestions to fix my single woman problem of the week? I need those hot guys in the drain commercials to come over ASAP! Ladies, you should know which commercial I'm talking about.
