Sacred Heart Ukainian Church in Johnson City held its Easter Bazaar on Saturday at the Church Hall.  A large crowd turned out to enjoy ethnic foods, baked goods and plenty of crafts and gifts on display as well.  Food was available to eat in or take out and many did both.

One of the favorites was the Ukrainian Dinner complete with kobassa, pyrohy, holubsti and sauerkraut.  Borscht soup was also a favorite of diners.  There were also assorted baked goods available to purchase.

The Easter Bazaar is one of  Sacred Heart Ukrainian Church's major fund-raising events each year.  Another big event is the summer picnic at their picnic grounds in Castle Creek.  This year's picnic is set for June 29 and 30.
