Recipe of the Week: Potatoes, Onions and Chickpeas
Potatoes, Onions, and Chickpeas
Ingredients:
1 bag of baby red potatoes
1 red onion
1 can of chickpeas
Directions:
1. Pour a couple tablespoons of olive oil in a deep frying pan.
2. Cut up potatoes in halves, and slice onion into thin wedges. Put both vegtables into frying pan.
3. Add pepper, salt and a clove of garlic.
4. When potatoes get semi soft, strain the can of chickpeas and add them to the mixture.
5. Make sure potatoes are cooked thoroughly, serve and enjoy!
