Recipe of the Week: Asparagus and Parmesan
1.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2. Cut the end of the base of the asparagus off about a quarter of an inch.
3. Lay the asparagus on a cookie sheet so each piece is laying flat.
4. Drizzle with desired about of olive oil and place in the oven.
5. Leave the asparagus in for 15-20 minutes. If you like it really crispy like french fries then leave it in for a bit longer.
6.Pull the asparagus out the the oven and sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese over the top. Enjoy!
