1. Saute approximately 15-20 shrimp and one chopped onion in a shallow bottom frying pa with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

3. Place two whole wheat wraps on the cookie sheet.

4. Spilit the shrimp and onion mixture up and place one half on each of the wraps.

5. Chop up lettuce, put desired amount on top of shrimp, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle with hot buffalo sauce.

6. Fold wraps over, bake in oven for approximately ten minutes.

7. Remove from oven, cut each wrap into fours like a quesadilla, let cool and eat!
