Earlier this month, Ozzy Osbourne was forced to cancel more farewell tour dates, this time because of a fall that caused him to dislodge metal rods in his body. He's currently recovering and his son, Jack Osbourne, has offered a promising update on the Prince of Darkness' health.

"He's doing really well. He's good. He's getting back on his feet, so he's good," Jack told The Jenny McCarthy Show (video below) when he was invited on the program to discuss his current Travel Channel paranormal investigation show Portals to Hell.

Offering more details on Ozzy's health, Jack told People (video below), "He's doing good. He's back to being his cynical old self, [which] is always a good sign. When he's complaining about mundane things, you know he's good. Yeah, he's back to normal. When everything on TV sucks and everything in the house is broken, he's in a good spot."

Upon canceling his North American tour with Megadeth, which came after nixing a European leg with Judas Priest due to pneumonia and other complications, Ozzy stated, "Words cannot express how frustrated, angry and depressed I am not to be able to tour right now. I'm grateful for the love and support I'm getting from my family, my band, friends and fans, it's really what's keeping me going. Just know that I am getting better every day...I will fully recover...I will finish my tour...I will be back!"

And he will be back, just not this year. A European leg of the "No More Tours 2" farewell trek is now set for 2020 and Judas Priest will be providing support as originally scheduled on the 2019 run.
