NYSEG Launches App for Customers
New York State Electric and Gas is getting on the "app. bandwagon", offering a new service for customers to get information.
NYSEG has announced the launch of its mobile application for Apple and Android devices to allow customers to access account information, make payments, send meter readings, report outages or check on the status of outages all from their mobile device.
The service took a year for the utility’s parent company AVANGRID to develop.
The application is free to download for users who have a valid NYSEG account.
