The NY Giants will end their season like they did last year, out of the playoffs and hosting the Eagles, live coverage begins Sunday at Noon on 99.1 The Whale.

I can break down these two teams and tell you what the Giants need to do to win, but the big incentive for this game, do it for pride and your coach, who will take the blame for the past four seasons, as he probably cleans out his office next week.

Both teams are 6 and 9, but the Giants have lost several games in the last minutes, which to me is worse than just flat our losing and being a bad team.

The plain and simple explanation for this season is the Giants are not a playoff talented team.

I don't think any coach could have done much better, although you can argue the coaches calls on the first few losses which could have been wins.

However the Giants defense has not been good and when your offense has you leading in the last few minutes of a game, you can't allow the opposing team to march right down the field and score.

Look at the first game of the season the Giants were winning, they just needed a stop, they allowed Jason Witten to run a straight telegraphed rout to the goal line, and turn around and catch the TD pass from Romo.

When your best defensive threat for a pass rush is a guy who only has one gripping hand, that pretty much shows the lack of talent on the Giants roster.

I hope this team has done some soul searching this past week, and realizes this is probably the last game for their future hall of fame coach.
