News of the Weird Runner Up: Here’s Chili in Your Eye

I suppose if you are going to begin a life of crime, you should think of all the possible problems you may come across. Attack dogs, homeowners with guns, security systems, tasers, chili powder. Wait.Chili powder??

Chili powder can now be considered a threat to robbers thanks to Massachusetts store owner Saadat Khan.

A gun wielding crook walked into Khan's store, pointed the gun and demanded the money in the register. Khan pretended to cooperate, but instead of opening the register, he reached lower and grabbed a cup of red hot chili powder that he uses to spice up his meals. Into the face of the robber it went. And out the door, his face feeling flush, went the crook!

Side note: mace (or pepper spray) is partly made from Khan's weapon of choice!
