Cities and towns have until May 31 to enter the fourth round of the downtown revitalization competition.  One winner from each of the ten regions of New York will get a ten million dollar award.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo launched the competition to fuel revitalization ideas for all the regions around the state.

The Democrat said the idea was to encourage the Towns and Cities to come up with creative ideas for attracting and keeping business, residents and visitors to the urban cores.
