I am big fan of NCIS. One thing I appreciate is Gibbs' rules. Number 9 : Never go anywhere without a knife. Number 12: Never date a co-worker. Number 39: There's no such thing as a coincidence. And my favorite: Number 6: Never apologize, it's a sign of weakness.

I think everyone should have rules. I have some and never write them down, but apparently a kid in California did. An employee of the Citrus Heights, California Walmart was collecting shopping carts from the store parking lot and found a book of rules.

It was created by a child, and a smart one at that. Some of his/her rules include:

Don't get into other people's business, Clean up your messes, Wear your seat belt and (a very cool one) Don't keep saying please if someone says no.

The hunt is on for the owner of this book, that should be published. By all accounts, many of these rules are what most people should live by.

This leads me to ask: do you have a list of rules? Share them in the comment section!
