Johnson City Declares State of Emergency Ahead of Sandy

The Village of Johnson City is now under a State of Emergency, as conditions deteriorate due to Hurricane Sandy.

Wind hazzards are likely tonight as gust approach or exceed 50 mph. The State of Emergency will be lifted as conditions permit.
