Jobs Open in the Area with Return of Spring/ Summer Programs
It seems like employment opportunities are popping up like spring flowers lately with announcement of some seasonal jobs as well as civil service exam deadlines.
The City of Binghamton says Youth Job opportunities as the City gets ready for the return of the Summer Parks Programs after everything was canceled last year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Binghamton is accepting summer employment applications for lifeguard for people ages 15 and up, Summer Fun Attendant, Safety Town Attendant, Sports Supervisor, Tennis Instructor, Laborer and Recreation Attendant.. all ages 16 and up as well as Summer Fun Supervisor and Park Ranger ages 18 and up.

The Binghamton Police Department is also taking applications for the 2021 civil service entry level police exam. Information can be found at https://joinbpd.com.
The Town of Owego Highway Department is accepting applications for seasonal laborers, mainly assisting the patch crew.
Applications can be picked up at the Town of Owego Supervisor’s Office at 2354 State Route 434, Apalachin.
