Two Arrested After Shooting at Town of Union Home
Two people have been charged after a man was shot during a dispute at a residence in the town of Union.
State police were sent to 23 Birch Street in the Fairmont Park neighborhood around 3 p.m. Wednesday. The scene is a short distance west of the former IBM Country Club.

The man who was shot sustained facial injuries. He was transported by ambulance to Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City. He later was transferred to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.
State police did not release the name or the condition of the man who was wounded but his injuries were described as "non-life-threatening."

Investigators said after the man was shot in the face, the gunman stole money and a gaming system.
The assailant then fled with a woman who had been in the residence.
Investigators on Friday charged two people in connection with the incident.
40-year-old Omar D. Rush of Binghamton was charged with three felony counts. He faces charges of assault, burglary and robbery.
35-year-old Alexa R. Hinkley of Endicott has been charged with felony robbery.
Rush and Hinkley were sent to Broome County Jail for arraignment.
