Three people are facing numerous charges after members of the Broome County Special Investigation Unit Task Force searched a home on Double Day Street in Binghamton last Thursday, November 11 and found drugs and a loaded gun.   

According to an S.I.U. news release, officers executed a narcotics search warrant at 29 Double Day Street on the Northside near Saints Mary and Paul Catholic Church.

53-year-old Ike Dismel, 43-year-old Patrice Tillery and 55-year-old Christopher Griswold were all charged in the raid that turned up a Taurus .9-mm handgun, 38-grams of crack and 4-grams of powder cocaine along with around one-thousand dollars in suspected drug sales proceeds and drug paraphernalia items used in the sale and distribution of a controlled substance. 

Dismel is charged with three counts of felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree. He is also charged with one felony count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree along with one misdemeanor count of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree. 

Tillery is charged with One Count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, which is a Class B Felony, and felony Criminal Possession of a weapon in the Second Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a weapon in the Third Degree as well as misdemeanor Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree. 

Griswold is charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree.
