Rape

This week's report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office reports that Michael Ferra, of New Milford, Pennsylvania, was charged with two counts of Rape in the 1st Degree, Class B Felonies, following a rape investigation in the Town of Windsor.

Criminal Possession

30-year-old Rayner Casilla from Perth Amboy, New Jersey, was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, Class D Felonies, following a traffic stop in the Town of Kirkwood.

Following a warrant execution in the Town of Union, Cheyenne Devaul of Endicott was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

Multiple Charges

Salka Valerio, age 41 of Binghamton, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and Resisting Arrest, following an investigation into a disruption at a public meeting in the City of Binghamton.

Harassment

28-year-old John Carter from Harpursville was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Colesville.

Breanna Townsend, age 30 of Lisle, was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Barker.

Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Dickinson, Kevin Brown from Bainbridge was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation,

Criminal Trespass

30-year-old Eric Hines from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Union.

Criminal Mischief

Kenneth Beamer, age 65 of Binghamton, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into property damage in the Town of Binghamton.

Traffic Violations

Following an investigation in the Town of Chenango, 20-year-old Andres Chocho Jadan of Newark, New Jersey was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Operating a Motor Vehicle w/ BAC >.08 (1st Offense).

Tiffanie Malcolm-Singh from Endicott was charged with Aggravated DWI (1st Offense), Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), Child Endangerment, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, along with multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.
