Multiple Charges
This week's report begins with multiple charges according to the Broome County Sheriff's Department as 39-year-old Robert Spoonhower of Binghamton was charged with Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and False Personation, following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton.
Resisting Arrest
Dawson Oralls from Conklin was charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Conklin.
Following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union, 44-year-old Haley Eisely was charged with Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration and Petit Larceny.
Criminal Contempt
Charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree was 29-year-old Elijah Gonzalez of Endicott, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the City of Binghamton.
Assault
From the Town of Dickinson, Alexa McKan was charged with Assault in the 1st Degree, a Class B Felony, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Dickinson.
Raymond Sessions, age 51, from Whitney Point, was charged with Assault in the 3rd
Degree, following an assault investigation in the Town of Barker.
Obstructing Governmental Administration
Jason Lopez, from Binghamton, was charged with Obstructing Governmental
Administration, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Following a traffic stop in the Town of Conklin, Brandon Degroat, Jr. from Harpursville, was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, along with multiple traffic violations.
Criminal Possession
44-year-old Gregory Potter of Johnson City was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City, Michael Teeter, age 50, from Endicott, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, was 30-year-old Autumn Zupancic, following a stolen vehicle investigation in the Town of Maine.
Christie Smith from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.
47-year-old Virginia Terenzi of Johnson City was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Union.
Multiple Traffic Violations
Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Ronald Lysak of Kirkwood was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), Driving While Ability Impaired (Combined Influence of Drugs or Alcohol), and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, along with multiple traffic violations.
