Latest From Broome County Sheriff’s Office: Arrests and Charges
The Broome County Sheriff's Office recently released an update detailing the arrests and charges made within the county. The following incidents were reported.
Kimberly N. Alongi (40 years old, Endwell)
Charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor. This charge came as a result of a child endangerment investigation in the Town of Union.
Cheyenne M. Hite (28 years old, Greene)
Faced charges of Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or more BAC (1st Offense), along with multiple traffic violations. These charges stemmed from a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Donald L. Miller (48 years old)
Charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. This charge came after an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Dickinson.
Nathan R. Miller (30 years old, Town of Dickinson)
Charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony. This charge followed an investigation into vehicle theft in the Town of Dickinson.
Christopher C. Vose (34 years old, Windsor)
Faces a charge of Harassment in the 2nd Degree (Physical Contact), a Violation. This charge was a result of a domestic incident in the Town of Windsor.
The incidents reported do not cover law enforcement activities carried out by the Broome County Sheriff's Office daily. It also does not include arrests made by other law enforcement agencies within Broome County or ongoing investigations conducted by the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement outfits.
