Promoting Prison Contraband

This week's report begins with a charge of Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree involving 33-year-old Dianna Jones of Binghamton, along with two counts of Promoting Prison Contraband in the 2nd Degree, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Also, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility, Bridget Wilmarth of Endicott was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree and in the 2nd Degree.

Assault

Michele Furrer from the Town of Chenango was charged with two counts of Assault in the 3rd Degree and one count of Child Endangerment, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango.

Burglary

55-year-old Jason Stewart of Binghamton was charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Petit Larceny, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Criminal Contempt

Following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Lisle, Douglas Symanski was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.

Criminal Possession

Davon J. Minott, who is 24 from the Town of Dickinson, was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, following an investigation into a vehicle theft in the Town of Dickinson.

Afton resident John Sharak, III, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, following a traffic stop in the Town of Fenton.

24-year-old Brianna Cornelius of the Town of Dickinson was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, following an investigation into a vehicle theft in the Town of Dickinson.

This week's Broome County Sheriff report noted that Mary Squires from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the City of Binghamton.

Timothy from Endicott was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, following a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott.

33-year-old Cody Grabowski of Oxford was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, along with multiple other traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott.

Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, John Daszewski from Binghamton,  was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree.

Nicholas Bagg, age 22 of Windsor, was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Windsor.

Multiple Traffic Violations

Binghamton resident George Chase from Binghamton was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, and 21 other traffic violations following a pursuit in the City of Binghamton.

Following a pursuit in the City of Binghamton,  49-year-old Timothy Ireton of Johnson City was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, along with multiple traffic violations.

34-year-old Gabriel Martinez Monroy of Endicott was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott.
