Multiple Charges

In this week's report, Mahmoud Al-Mashni from Binghamton was charged with two counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence and two counts of Promoting Prison Contraband in the 2nd Degree, following multiple contraband investigations in the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Assault On A Police Officer

As a result of a warrant execution in the Village of Endicott, Salih Shabazz of Binghamton was charged with Assault on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree.

Grand Larceny

45-year-old Michell Furgeson was charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree following an investigation into a stolen vehicle in the Town of Barker.

Assault

In the Broome County Sheriff's report, Michael Jones from Binghamton was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a physical altercation in the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Criminal Possession

Justin Smith of Owego was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the Town of Fenton.

Following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson, Daryl Labour of Nichols was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, along with multiple traffic violations.

39-year-old Jonathan Kytle, age 39, a resident of Binghamton, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Unlawful Imprisonment

After an investigation into a physical altercation in the Broome County Correctional Facility, Stephen Cornwell, III from Binghamton was charged with Unlawful Imprisonment in the 1st Degree.

Statutory Rape

Town of Kirkwood resident, Adrian Colon, was charged with Rape in the 2nd Degree, following a statutory rape investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.

Criminal Contempt

Allan MacDonald, II, of the Town of Dickinson, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Dickinson.

39-year-old Eli Clark from the Town of Chenango was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Chenango.

Petit Larceny

Heather Stroup of Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Multiple Traffic Violations

The latest report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office noted that Jason Johnson of the Town of Chenango was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and operating a Motor Vehicle w/BAC>.08, along with multiple traffic violations, following a DWI investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Nixon Garcias of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Aggravated DWI (BAC>.18), along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
