The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

All arrests and charges are part of ongoing investigations conducted by local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, and other law enforcement agencies.

Criminal Mischief

Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Binghamton, Cody Hawkins was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Harasssment

As a result of an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Conklin, David Montanez, Sr. was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Benjamin Engbrecht of the Town of Chenango was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Chenango.

Petit Larceny

Following an investigation into multiple incidents in the Town of Chenango, Mary Januska from Binghamton was charged with petit larceny.

Sheila Pugh from Vestal was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

As a result of separate larceny investigations in the Town of Union, Dawn Buchanan of Johnson City was charged with two counts of Petit Larceny.

Assault

Due to an investigation into a physical altercation in the Broome County Correctional Facility in the Town of Dickinson, Brett Delage, Sr., from Binghamton, was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree.

Shanavia Bradshaw from the Town of Conklin was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree following an assault investigation.

Obstruction of Governmental Administration

Following an investigation into criminal trespass in the Town of Union, David Wiggins, Jr. of Vestal was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree.

Lori Littler from Vestal was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into criminal trespass in the Town of Union.

Following a warrant execution in the Village of Endicott, Joshua Antalek of Endicott was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree.

Criminal Obstruction

Tara Monaco from Endicott was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union.

Criminal Possession

The Broome County Sheriff's Department charged Taylor Millard of Binghamton with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Criminal Contempt

After an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Village of Endicott, Victor Kelsey, Jr. of Endicott was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree.
