Multiple Charges

According to this week's report, Joshua DeFrangesco from Johnson City was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree, operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City.

Petit larceny

Following a traffic stop in the Town of Union, Joann McCoy was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Multiple Traffic Violations

The Broome County Sheriff's Department reported that Thomas McQuade of Endicott was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, along with multiple traffic violations.

Harassment

Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Maine, Benjamin Roberts from Maine, New York, was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Criminal Possession

Jubilee Klimas of Walton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.

The BCSO report notes that Joseph Hahm from Walton was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.
