Assault

In this week's arrest report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Isaiah Peterson, from Binghamton, was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree and Attempted Assault in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an assault on two corrections officers at the Broome County Correctional Facility in the Town of Dickinson.

After an investigation into an assault in the Town of Union, Christian Waldron of Endicott was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Conspiracy in the 6th Degree.

Yousef Osman from Endicott was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, and Conspiracy in the 6th Degree following an investigation into an assault in the Town of Union.

Criminal Possession

According to this week's report, Sarah Richardson from Endicott was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Michael Hazen of the Town of Chenango was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Rory Tanner was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Dickinson.

Criminal Contempt

Following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Windsor, Brian Teator from Windsor, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Adam McKrell of Port Crane was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree and Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following a harassment investigation in the Town of Triangle.

After an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Chenango,  Anthony Colon from Halstead, Pennsylvania, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.

Harrassment

Katherine Egan from the Town of Maine was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a domestic dispute.

Burglary

In the burglary category, following a burglary investigation in the Town of Union, Nicholas Sacco of Endicott was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony, Burglary in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, and two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree.

Petit Larceny

Eileen Shedroff of Windsor was charged with four counts of Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Windsor.

After a larceny investigation in the Town of Fenton, Henry Barnes from Castle Creek,  was charged with four counts of Petit Larceny and four counts of Conspiracy in the 6th Degree.

Amanda Borush of Castle Creek was charged with four counts of Petit Larceny and four counts of Conspiracy in the 6th Degree, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Fenton.

Multiple Traffic Violations

Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Samantha Brookins from Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Operating a Motor Vehicle with BAC>.08 (1st Offense) along with multiple traffic violations.
