As a father, I have this Pro-Napping Tip: Ask your kids to wake you up in 30 minutes so everyone can clean the house. Works every time!

Speaking of naps, if you are a student in New York, you're busy with classes, assignments and having a social life. Fatigue is bound to become a factor. What do you do to fight the feeling of fatigue?

According to MattressNextDay, over half (58%) of students across the US are feeling tired but New Yorkers are taking naps to help power through the day. When it comes to admitting to taking naps, only 18% of students in New York state have owned up to it.

New York students are finding creative ways to catch a quick snooze to stay in the game. What’s interesting is the reasons behind these naps. Whether it’s to relax, shake off the tiredness, or just to de-stress, they are embracing the power of a quick nap to recharge and refuel.

The survey also points out that some New Yorkers are taking naps at school or work, sometimes even outside of the designated break times. We’re really just that tired. So, the next time you find yourself nodding off during that lecture or struggling to keep your eyes open, remember that you’re part of a napping revolution taking the Empire State by storm.

Who knew that a simple nap could be the missing link in helping to conquer the challenges of student life in New York!
