Here is some exciting news for an Upstate New York company that’s just been taken over by a national brand. The Miami Beef Co. has  bought the Syracuse Hofmann Sausage Co.

Hofmann Sausage Co. is known for its beef and pork franks, smoked sausage, bratwursts, and beef jerky.. They have been around since 1861 and is one of the oldest sausage companies in the United States.

Hoffmann Sausage Co. is based in Syracuse, and you can find their products in grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and even stadiums all across the eastern United States. In other words, they are everywhere.

Who Is Miami Beef

Miami Beef started in 1972 and is known for their high-quality fresh and frozen meat products. Now that Miami Beef has acquired Hofmann Sausage, they have even more for meat lovers because their sausage and hotdog products just got even bigger and better.

Robert Young, CEO of Miami Beef, is excited about the acquisition. "We are thrilled to welcome Hofmann Sausage to the Miami Beef family," he said, "We are committed to investing in the Syracuse facilities and ensuring the continuation of the brand's legacy.
Don't worry, Hofmann's fans, they are still going to be around with their classic franks and sausages. They're coming up with more mouthwatering morsels to add to their line of sausage and meat products

It's a win-win because the Miami Beef Co. just got better with the addition of Hofmann Sausage Co. We're looking forward to trying whatever new products they come up with.
