Meet the Susquehanna SPCA “Pet of the Week” – her name is Spooky. Each week on Thursday mornings at 8:30 am on Classic Hits 103.1fm, Josh will host Allison Hungerford, licensed Vet Tech at the Susquehanna SPCA, who will tell us all about a special dog or cat at the shelter looking for its forever home which has been overlooked by visitors for some reason. Many times, it's because many animals are shy while in the shelter because it can be a stressful situation! Once adopted, many cats and dogs warm right up to their owners.

Meet Spooky, the gentle tuxedo cat with a heart of gold. Spooky arrived at our shelter as a devoted mother, diligently raising her adorable kittens with love and care. Now that her kittens have found their own families, Spooky is ready to embark on her own journey to a forever home filled with warmth and affection.
Spooky is not just a beauty with her striking black and white coat; she's also a sweet and affectionate companion. She enjoys quiet moments curled up by the window, watching the world go by, and she has a playful side that emerges when chasing feather toys or batting at a dangling string. Spooky has been spayed and is up-to-date on all vaccinations, eagerly awaiting the chance to bring her loving presence into a new home.
