It’s Officially Pumpkin Spice Season and Summer is Over
The Fall season doesn't care were in the middle of a heatwave.
The Fall doesn't care that its not even Labor Day Weekend yet.
The Fall doesn't does its own thing. The Fall has officially welcomed in Pumpkin Spice Season.
Well, Starbucks has officially kicked off Pumpkin Spice Season.
August 28th has marked the end of summer 2018, our dream has ended.
Patrons will be able to order the official drink of foliage and over-caffeinated college students starting today, thus killing off summertime pool fun and barbecues.
Soon we will trade in our tanks for hoodies, and baseball games will become Friday night football games.
Other fall treats are here as well. I recently saw on Facebook that the Cider Mill in Endicott has put a new twist on their famous Apple Cider. They now offer Apple Cider Slushies, giving us the best of Summer and Fall.
With the new law of restaurants and businesses being able to create boozy ice cream treats, Fall and Winter doesn't seem too bad.
I, for one, will be holding onto Summer as long as I can. I will wear shorts and sandals for the next few months, I will continues to watch baseball, I may even try and squeeze another beach trip in.
As for the season changing Pumpkin Spice Latte....I'm definitely grabbing one on the drive home.
