There's more to the cost of a cell phone than the purchase price and service charges.  People love their iPhones, but they don't treat them so good.

A new SquareTrade study shows that over the past five years, iPhone users have spent five-point-nine-billion-dollars on replacing, repairing, and paying insurance deductibles on the device.  Thirty-percent of the iPhone users polled also admit they've done something within the past 12 months to damage their phone.  Eleven-percent are currently using an iPhone that's cracked, and six-percent say their phone is being held together with tape.

So which category do you fall into? 1) Cracked 2) Taped or 3) Other AND......

Please describe IN GREAT DETAIL,  how you broke your beloved iPhone!
