How to do an Unzipped Face for Halloween

I am loving the unzipped face look! Who wouldn't be freaked out by this? This is a great way to take something simple and make it more. In terms of a costume, you really wouldn't have to do much since your face would be the main focus but it would be great for a zombie with blood splattered clothes and such.
