Holly Discovers a Ghost Watching Her

Last week, I was staying at a friend's house and had a weird feeling. I immediately woke up and someone was straddling me and looking down at me. I could only see this person, not feel them. I did not have my contacts in at the time so I couldn't tell exactly what was going on but the person did not have a shirt on. I immediately thought my friend was messing with me and asked them what they were doing. There was no reply but the person did get off and stand at the end of the bed. I repeated the question "What are you doing?" and received no reply. It was then that I realized, my friend was sound asleep next to me and started to freak out a little shouting; "There is a man in the room! There is a man in the room!" My friend woke up and didn't seen anyone but I could clearly see a figure. The figure walked towards the door a if to leave and then turned around and was about to come back when I started screaming again. My friend turned on the lights and the figure disappeared. I have always believed in ghosts but never saw any unless last week. I'm so disturbed I'm tempted to perform a seance! Have you ever see a ghost? What did it do? What did it look like?
