Holidays and Weather

Happy Holidays. Whatever way you celebrate, I hope the season is a wonderful time for you.

For me so far this holiday season, I'm kind of confused. It has to do with the weather. Now don't get me wrong, if you've read my past blogs about seasons, you know that Summer is number one for me, and the other three seasons, well, are all tied for last.

But that being said, or written as is the case here, during the holiday season, I do enjoy colder temperatures and some snow on the ground. After that, if we could just go back to Summer, it would be awesome for me.

This year, so far anyway, has been nowhere near normal weather as you know, so I'm not sure there's that true feeling of the season for me at this point. Now, I have to admit, it has been great being able to go outside and not have put on three layer of clothes, plus a hat, gloves and boots.

Now I kind of get what this time of year is like for those parts of the Country that have warm weather all year long, and it's a bit weird. But, there's still plenty of the holiday season ahead, so maybe Winter will show up to brighten up the outdoors, if El Nino allows it.
