Pennsylvania State Police say a repairman is accused of not only failing to fix a problem with the furnace at a Fort Washington, Maryland man’s house in Susquehanna County but conducting criminal acts at the 86-year-old’s Pennsylvania property.

State Police say 28-year-old Christian Buranich of Honesdale is facing charges in the incident that was caught on home security cameras in the evening of December 29.

Authorities say the property owner wasn’t home but saw Buranich searching through jacket pockets and desk drawers and performing leud acts in the bathroom of the home on North Main Street in Union Dale Borough.

Troopers say Buranich confessed while being interviewed by Investigators. Authorities say charges are pending.

While the home was unoccupied at the time, a news release from the State Police says the homeowner was "greatly disturbed" by the incident.
