The Binghamton Rumble Ponies have had five players named to the Eastern League All-Star Roster.  All will represent the Eastern Division at the Eastern League's All-Star Game in Richmond on Wednesday, July 10 at 7:05 PM.

The Rumble Ponies announced earlier today that these players have been selected:

Pitcher Harol Gonzalez who is 3-3 in 11 starts and has an ERA of 3.41.  He was the starting pitcher in a combined no-hitter against Harrisburg on May 8.

Second Baseman Sam Haggerty who is batting .288 and ranks fourth in stolen bases with 14.  He is on the injured list and will not be able to play in the All-Star Game.

Outfielder Braxton Lee who is batting .293 and tied for the third highest average in the Eastern League.  He has 54 hits in 56 games.  He also is a defensive standout with a .981 fielding percentage.

Catcher/First Baseman Patrick Mazeika who was named the Eastern League's Player of the Week from May 13 - 19.  At one stretch he hit safely in 15 consecutive games.

Relief Pitcher Adonis Uceta who has been outstanding out of the bullpen for Binghamton.  He carries a record of 3-2 and an ERA of 2.23.  Opposing batters are hitting only .211 against him.
