F-Ride Day! Your Weekend Motorcycle Events Update

As fall creeps into the Southern Tier, we still have some motorcycle fun going on. So, hop on the hog and enjoy the ride this weekend.

The Sergeant Jan Argonish Ride, honoring a fallen hero, is Sunday at the Dalton Fire Company Fairgrounds in PA. It's $20 Riders / $10 Passengers  with registration from 8:00am - 11:00am. There will be live music, food, raffles and more.

A benefit for Susan (Cornell) Hotchkiss is tomorrow starting at 11 am at The Rockdale Hotel, 932 State Highway 8 in Rockdale. Susan lost her fight with cervical cancer this week but the ride will go on. Come out and enjoy live music, barbecue, raffles and a bike run!

The 11th annual American Legacy Scholarship Run is Saturday at the Oneonta Vets Club, 279 Chestnut Street. Sign up is 8:30 to 10;30 am with kickstands up at 11. It's $20 single/ $30 with passenger. Sponsored by the American Legion Riders Post 259. Food and fun at the end of the ride!

The Fallen Heroes 9-11 Memorial Ride is Sunday at the Valley Inn in Branchport, NY. Registration is at 9 am and kickstands up at 11. The cost is $10 per person and includes a pig roast afterwards.

Saturday it's a fun ride for the heck of it. The ride starts at American legion Post 1700 in Endicott at 10:30 pm with 2 stops and ending at Toby Keith's "I Love This Bar" Restaurant in Syracuse! Cars are welcome.

There is an ALS Awareness Ride tomorrow.  Registration is 9 to 11 an at the Taughannock Falls overlook. Post-ride fun will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Trumansburg American Legion, 4431 Seneca Road, with a chicken barbecue, raffle and live music. $20 per rider and $5 for non riders.
