Unemployed People In Wales Offered Free Spray Tans?

An organization in Wales is trying to use spray tans to fight unemployment.  Orange News reports Job Centre staff members are offering makeovers and tans to people they believe to be "genuine jobseekers."
The town suffers from a nine-point-six-percent unemployment rate, and Sarah Sweeden, director of the Well-being and Training Academy, says they're hoping the beauty treatment will "give people that extra confidence" to find work.
Local politician Pauline Jarman, however, argues that employers are probably more concerned with applicants' job skills than the quality of their tan.
Oh Really? , We have one Speaker of the House who swears by it?
