Crack Cocaine and Money Found in Floral Avenue Home

A search of a Floral Avenue, Johnson City home results in the arrest of a Village man and confiscation of crack cocaine.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force raided the home May 11 and arrested 38 year old Shaheem Flemming.

Police say he was in possession of 21.7 grams of crack.  Authorities also found drug paraphernalia and $4,830 in suspected drug sale proceeds.

Flemming is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia and violation of New York State parole.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
