A Binghamton man is charged with two felony drug possession and two felony weapon possession counts after police searched his home on William Street January 17.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says 36-year-old Damon Nelson allegedly had a loaded revolver, 49 pieces of crack cocaine, a half pound of marijuana and drug cutting agents, digital scales and drug packaging materials at his home.

He’s charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanor criminal possession of marijuana and three misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
